The CODICO®
CAS-5000 is the perfect solution for scrambling and access control of
digital TV networks, using MPEG-2 DVB products. The CAS-5000 is a
system which protects and controls access to information, focusing on
commercial distribution for digital TV networks.
The CAS-5000 provides addressability and authorization to subscribers on an individual
or group basis at any allocated time slot. The CAS-5000 System has the following components/configurations:
- CA-5010 SCPC CA System
- CA-5020 MCPC CA System
- CA-5030 CDB (Central Data Base)
- CA-5040 remote terminal
