The Edje-3000 is transport stream multiplexor and Digital Media
Router is designed specifically for Digital Television (DTV),
Satellite, and Cable systems. The Edje-3000 is ideal for aggregating
MPEG 2 transport streams via DVB-ASI inputs and IP data services. The
Edje-3000 is capable of providing support for ASI, SMPTE 310M and IP
transport. Additionally, the Edje-3000 supports ISO/IEC 13818-6
Multi-Protocol Encapsulation of IP datagrams over an MPEG 2 Transport
Stream.

Single Program Transport Stream (SPTS): Individual Video and associated audio service with tables.

The edje-2100 is a real time MPEG 2 distribution encoder designed
specifically for Digital Television (DTV) systems. It is ideal for
Satellite, Cable, Terrestrial and IP distribution systems.

The Soloist 2-ASI is a Single Program Transport Stream server. The
unit support playback of Program or Transport streams from its internal
hard drive via the industry standard ASI compressed data interface. The
compatibility of working with Program and Transport streams with real
time trans-muxing makes the unit compatible with many encode sources.
It also Transcodes IP delivered MPEG-2 program streams into MPEG 2
Transport Streams and outputs them on ASI for injection into
multiplxers and modulators for DTH applications. It supports many of
the features of the standard Soloist2 product such as scheduling, play
lists, GPI control, and SDP record. The Soloist 2-ASI is ideally suited
for delivery of broadcast quality MPEG 2, both standard and high
definition, when playing from the hard drive. It supports transcodes
low bit-rate MPEG2 program streams received via Ethernet. This makes it
ideal for low cost IP backhaul over single or bonded (paired) E1 or T1
data lines.
